Following the release of her EP Ablum ‘’Letters To Ur Ex’,’ last year May. British artist Mahalia has returned with a brand new single, titled ”Bag Of You”.
This heart-warming, tranquillity, hypnotizing R&B love song will definitely either put to you to sleep or in the mood to making love to your boyfriend. Still effective, the guitars add to the tenderness of the track that is brought forth by Mahalia’s delightfully sweet by shy vocals.
‘’ Bag Of You’’, is a dreamy Rnb sentimental stereo heart love song, that talks about healthy, romantic attachment of relationships and being helplessly in love with a guy. So much so, that you can’t always seem to divorce yourself from his essence when he’s gone. While guitar is strummed softly alongside the rhythmic hit of drums, Mahalia sings of her heart longing for him whether he’s near or far.
The visuals directed by Oliver Kane is a intimate collections of both colour and black & white cinematically shot with a heavy emphasises on close up’s whilst Mahalia and her love interest are enjoying themselves on the beach. The video begins with a monologue by Mahalia that sets the scene to the moment before she met him.

My Personal Opinion on the song:
I’ve had a listen to the song, and I really like it to be honest with you, being a young person myself, there’s part of the song, that I can personally relate too. I’m sure some people can relate to that that sweet spot in a relationship when everything is just lovely. “Where the idea of being without that person – even just for a second – is too much to bear
You know in the early stages of relationship where everything is just sweet and gooey.
